Booking is essential in advance of using your voucher and your voucher code must be quoted at the time of booking. The original voucher must be presented on arrival (no photocopies or screenshots will be accepted). An alternative method of payment will be required if you do not pre-book or present the original voucher.

The unique voucher code for experience vouchers can be redeemed once only. All gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cannot be exchanged for other products. Cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given. Cannot be applied to existing bookings.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser and recipient to ensure that this unique voucher code is not disclosed to others. Product descriptions are subject to change. Our normal reservation and cancellation policies apply. The specified validity date cannot be extended, all services are subject to availability, so please ensure you book well in advance.

All our standard vouchers have a 12 month validity period, some seasonal offer vouchers are valid for fewer months please check the expiry date on your voucher. Vouchers cannot be used beyond the expiry date under any circumstances.

The venue cannot guarantee the availability of any chosen service so if your preferred dater may not be available, you will need to select an alternative date.

Please pay close attention to the details on your voucher as in many cases there are separate vouchers for midweek and weekends, they can only be used at such times.
